1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or engaging the services of 360 Group (“Company”), you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services
360 Group provides creative and marketing services including but not limited to graphic design, branding, website design, social media management, photography, printing coordination, and related services. All services are subject to written proposals, invoices, or agreements issued by the Company.
3. Payment Terms & Financial Responsibility
3.1 Full Responsibility for Payment
The Client is fully and solely responsible for all payments related to services rendered by 360 Group. Payment terms and due dates will be specified in the invoice or agreement.
3.2 Late Payments
Failure to make payment by the agreed due date will result in:

Immediate suspension of ongoing services.

A late fee applied to the outstanding balance.
Late fees may be charged as a fixed amount or percentage, as determined by the Company.
3.3 Legal & Collection Costs
If payment is not received after reasonable notice, 360 Group reserves the right to pursue collection efforts or legal action.
In such cases, the Client agrees to be fully responsible for:

Attorney’s fees

Court costs
-
Collection agency fees
-
Any additional expenses incurred in recovering the debt
These costs shall be added to the outstanding balance.
4. Ownership of Work
All creative work, concepts, drafts, and deliverables remain the property of 360 Group until full payment has been received.
Upon full payment, final approved deliverables become the property of the Client. 360 Group reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials.
5. Suspension or Termination
360 Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate services due to non-payment, breach of agreement, or inappropriate conduct. Termination does not relieve the Client of payment obligations for work already performed.
6. Limitation of Liability
360 Group shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or third-party errors. Liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Puerto Rico.
